We won the Kbsa Customer Service Award! 

It’s awarded to the retailer who has received the best feedback from their customers during the year.

 

The Kbsa Awards are one of the most highly regarded awards in the industry for independent kitchen and bathroom retailers in the UK. With the emphasis firmly on design excellence, the Kbsa Design Awards have developed and adapted over the years to ensure that they are best in class, truly transparent with anonymous judging.

Classic Interiors Director, Maxwell Davies, said: “We’re delighted to win the award. Outstanding customer service is at the heart of everything we do, so to be recognised by our industry body is very special. We’re especially pleased for our customer care team, who ensure the smooth running of every installation and are to thank for making sure our customers are beyond delighted when their kitchen is fitted.” 

Winners were named across nine categories, with awards presented to retailers for exemplary design and customer service.

Head judge Wayne Hemingway of Hemingway Designs presented the awards, which formed part of the KBSA conference.

The Kbsa is celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2018 so this year’s awards were the best yet.
